• Use this form to update your student information. It is very important that your contact information be current so faculty and staff can keep you abreast of current information.

• This application with instructions can be downloaded from the Minnesota Higher Office of Education and is for assistance with child care expenses. A student needs to have completed the 金融援助 application, and eligible students need to be MN residents not receiving MFIP.
